Starting rates and add-on allowances are based on HydroSeal’s current planning model: concrete or brick pavers $1.50/sq ft, travertine or natural stone $1.60/sq ft, failed-sealer stripping $1.50/sq ft, efflorescence treatment $0.05/sq ft, walls or firepits $1.00/sq ft, and agreed paver repairs $8 per paver. Actual scope and pricing may differ after inspection.
How to measure paver square footage
Multiply length by width for each rectangular area, then add the sections together. Exclude pool water, planting beds and areas that will not be cleaned or sealed. Irregular surfaces can be divided into smaller rectangles.
Why the final price may change
Preparation usually controls the final scope. Existing coatings, whitening, oil or rust staining, joint loss, access, drainage, moisture, repairs and pool coping can change labor and material requirements.

The base estimate is designed around professional cleaning, surface preparation, joint-sand restoration where required and sealer application. Stripping, specialty treatment and repairs are calculated separately.
What if I do not know my exact square footage?
Select the closest range. You can also measure with length × width or send photos and approximate dimensions through the quote form.
Can failed white sealer be estimated online?
The calculator can add a preliminary stripping allowance, but white or cloudy surfaces require diagnosis. Moisture, efflorescence, residue and failed coating can look similar and may require different correction.
