- Coverage applies to the treated surface only and does not include adjoining areas not serviced.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover
To keep the warranty fair and sustainable, the following are excluded:
- Normal wear, tire marks, scuffs, and gradual color fading over time
- Damage from vehicle traffic, heavy equipment, furniture dragging, or improper use
- Standing water, drainage problems, base failure, or paver movement/settling
- Efflorescence, moisture vapor issues, or substrate conditions outside our control
- Chemical exposure (pool chemicals, acids, fertilizers, degreasers, harsh cleaners)
- Pressure washing of sealed surfaces or aggressive cleaning methods after service
- Acts of nature (storms, flooding, hurricanes, extreme weather)
- Work performed by others after our service, or alterations to the surface
Tip: To protect your sealed surface, avoid harsh chemicals and degreasers and do not pressure wash sealed pavers. If you need cleaning, call us and we’ll recommend a safe method.
