You sealed it right — now maintain it correctly. Florida sun, rain, humidity, and daily traffic gradually impact sealed surfaces. This program keeps your pavers clean, your joints stable, and your reseal timing properly aligned — while allowing you to earn structured credit toward your next full reseal.
Plans start at $0.30 per sq ft
Most homes fall between $350–$650 annually, depending on surface condition, access, and layout.

Even a properly applied sealer benefits from routine maintenance to preserve uniform appearance and joint stability. Annual care keeps surfaces looking consistent and helps prevent small issues from becoming restoration-level problems.

Earn Up to 20% Toward Your Next Reseal
The Care Program rewards consistency.
- Year 1 annual visit → earn 10% credit
- Year 2 annual visit → earn an additional 10% credit
Up to 20% total credit may be applied toward your next full reseal when completed within the recommended performance window (typically within 36 months of original service).
