Why builders use us
A home can be built perfectly and still look unfinished if the exterior isn’t cleaned correctly. We help you deliver a “show-ready” presentation — fast — without damage risk.
Close faster
Curb appeal matters on walkthrough day. Clean surfaces reduce objections and tighten punch lists.
Protect materials
Wrong chemicals and pressure can etch concrete, stripe siding, and ruin pavers. We use a builder-safe process.
Consistency at scale
Neighborhood packages mean every home looks uniform — no “this one’s clean, that one isn’t.”

High-ROI add-ons builders actually want
These are easy wins that make the home show better and reduce post-close complaints. We can bundle these at a discounted per-home rate under contract.
- Roof soft wash (as-needed): removes black streaks/algae safely (no high-pressure)
- Rust / irrigation stain treatment: common on new sod + irrigation setups
- Efflorescence treatment (pavers/brick): white haze removal where appropriate
- Window exterior rinse: quick finishing touch for show-ready presentation
- Dumpster pad / rear walkway clean: first impression for residents & inspectors
- Patio/pool anti-slip upgrade: SharkGrip additive for wet areas (when sealing)
How we run builder work
Builder jobs succeed when the vendor is predictable. Here’s how we keep it tight.
- Scope sheet: exactly what is included per home / model
- Schedule windows: dates by street or phase (we hit timelines)
- Protection: correct chemistry, controlled pressure, clean edges
- QA: walkthrough / photo proof if requested
- Billing: per-home or per-phase invoicing
What we need to quote your phase
Send the minimum and we’ll move fast. Send the “best” list and we’ll be deadly accurate.
Minimum
- Community name + address
- # of homes (or phase count)
- Which package(s): A, B, or C
- Target timeline (week/month)
- Photos of typical surfaces
Best
- Model/elevation list (sqft differences)
- Site map + streets/phase schedule
- Access notes + gate codes
- Any finish preferences (natural vs enhanced)
- COI requirements + vendor onboarding steps
Builder / new construction FAQ
Can you do multiple homes per day?
Yes — that’s why contract packaging exists. With consistent scopes we can batch work efficiently.
Do you handle efflorescence?
We can treat efflorescence where appropriate. We’ll evaluate severity and surface type first.
Do you use high pressure on siding?
No. Soft wash for siding and roofs is the safe standard. Controlled pressure is used only when appropriate.
Can sealing be offered as a buyer upgrade?
Yes — we can price it as a per-home upgrade option, and you decide how to bundle it into your contracts.
